ZCG FMD-CPLP-L FM mixed polarisation dipole antenna, suitable for transmitter powers of up to 500W (or 1KW upon request)
A mixed polarisation dipole giving enhanced coverage compared to a simple vertical dipole. As the radiated power is split between the horizontal and vertical planes, the gain is lower than for a vertical dipole. However, mixed polarisation can be beneficial where the broadcast coverage area contains localised black-spots. Suitable for transmitter powers of up to 500W (or 1KW upon request). DC grounding ensures good immunity to static discharge and proximate lightning strike. This antenna is also available with additional directional elements to increase gain. Operating frequency must be specified at time of ordering.
